There is no straight answer to which is the best bottled water in Mexico but according to one study made in 2019 the top four leaders for sales in small stores are:

Bonafont which had a 30.9% share of the market and is made by Danone Mexico.

Ciel which had 17.5% share of the market and is made by Cola Cola Mexico.

Pureza Vital which had 10.7% share of the market and is made by Nestlé Mexico.

ePura which had 5% share of the market and is made by GEPP Group Mexico (Pepsi, etc).

Being the highest in sales doesn’t always mean the best quality, just make sure that you buy purified water from a store in Mexico and not from a street seller.
